All rental unit reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
ALL RENTAL UNITS require a damage deposit;
valid credit card or $100.00 cash deposit. Reservations are recommended, required on Holidays.

ALL RENTAL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE OR FULL RATE WILL BE CHARGED.
All site reservations require a 48 hour notice for cancellation.
A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to ALL cancellations.

ALL HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE A 3 DAY MINIMUM, PREPAID, NO DISCOUNTS AND NO REFUND.

Check-in time: 2:00pm for sites / 3:00pm for all rentals

Check-out time: 1:00pm for sites / 11:00am for all rentals
